You go and run phpinfo(), in your server.
There check “disable_functions“. That place the server side disabled the “mail“.
You have permission to write php.ini, You enable the “mail“.
If you have no permission, inform to server guys for this.
Then check. Basically this is the problem. Other things we check later.

Sometime the css not view correctly in drupal.
That time you need to change the Performance settings.
1. You Login to Admin.
2. Click to Admin OR Administer
3. Click Site Configuration OR Settings
4. Click Performance
now you change the Css Cache Permission Disabled.
And Clear already cahed information.
then its working fine.
Go to –> Sites => All OR Default => thems => Your theme
you can edit here and upload FTP. 🙂
And
Go to admin => http://your site/admin/build/themes
you select you theme. 🙂
